Instead of buying a whole plot for ₹10 lakh, you buy a share of one — sometimes for as little as ₹500. The plot is real, surveyed and freehold; you own a slice of it on paper and earn fixed daily interest until maturity.

What to watch for

Returns and reality
We advertise 8–12% APR depending on the project. That's higher than a bank FD but lower than equity — sized exactly where land naturally sits. There's no shortcut to honest returns.
